Reverend Doctor Elouise Oliver, affectionately known as "Rev. E," is a transformational life coach, motivational speaker, prayer warrior, teacher and Minister Emeritus of East Bay Church of Religious Science in Oakland, CA. 

She offers pre-marital and marital counseling, prayer, coaching, workshops and classes. Over her 25 years as Senior Minister of EBCRS, she grew the church from 37 members to over 3000.  She is known as "a teacher of teachers" mentoring over 27 ministers into ministry.
